Your committee is responsible for UFHRD Membership attraction and strengthening relationship with the current members, and partners. We are reviewing our Social Media Presence, but aim to promote UFHRD by collaboration with committee Chairs and UFHRD Conference Organisers; developing and enhancing sustainable relationships with other external professional bodies such as AHRD and CIPD; and coordinating and communicating all Forum events to our member community.

We are always open to new members of this committee too!

The committee has developed several approaches to External Relations for UFHRD, including:

• Conducted survey to understand our annual conference attendees’ expectations from the Forum
• Appointment to key committee positions, including a new deputy chair to support the chair; an event lead to coordinate the forums’ events publicity and a new AHRD liaison lead
• Created a company page on LinkedIn for UFHRD and increased forum LinkedIn page membership numbers
